Meet Candi Vajana,
The Experienced Nanny
My experience as a nanny spans thirty fantastic years, during which I lived and worked with high-profile and ultra-high-net-worth families in the UK, Europe, and the USA. My career choice was the result of my two greatest passions – working one-on-one with babies and children, and travelling – and in 2017 I was named International Nanny of the Year (International Nanny Association). I am an N.N.E.B. qualified nanny, newborn care specialist, and potty trainer. I have a B.A. from Anglia Ruskin University, UK, and am a trained Montessori teacher.
Now based in Northern California with my husband, I have hung up my nappy bag to devote myself to consulting with families, nannies and home offices worldwide and equip them with practical, professional and 100% tailored solutions that really work.
When you work with The Experienced Nanny, you can say goodbye to the stress and overwhelm that comes from trying to navigate conflicting childcare theories and day-to-day challenges on your own, and say hello to being a part of a household where families, nannies and children can thrive together.
My Nannying Approach
My childcare approach is based on viewing the child holistically, respecting children as individuals, helping them develop their own personalities and being respectful of their needs. My international experience has taught me how to approach childcare and development in a way that respects the child and their family’s culture and brings out the best in them.
Every family is different and every child is unique!
