We are delighted to introduce our exclusive In-Person Potty Training Program, designed to provide a comprehensive and personalized approach to potty training your child. This program offers a convenient solution with daily home visits for five consecutive days, ensuring a consistent and effective learning experience. Key Features of Our Program: Daily home visits conducted by our expert potty training specialist over a period of 5 days, allowing for personalized attention and guidance. Thorough observations during each visit, enabling us to identify specific potty training issues and address them effectively. Expert troubleshooting to overcome challenges encountered during the training process, ensuring a smooth and successful transition. Daily debrief and feedback sessions, providing valuable insights and progress updates to keep you informed and involved in your child's development. Dedicated support to help you achieve your potty training goals, with assistance available throughout the duration of the program. Upon completion of the program, you will receive a Potty Training Completion Certificate, recognizing your child's achievement and milestone. One 30-minute review calls within 14 days of the program's end date, allowing for continued guidance and support during the post-training phase. We are committed to ensuring a successful and stress-free potty training experience for both you and your child. To enroll in our In-House Potty Training Program, please book below. Please note that part of the 5 day training will be in person, other will be taken up for preparation and troubleshooting issues. Please note the cost of the training does NOT include: Travel Accommodation Food and beverages This will be billed separately

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: We understand that circumstances can change, and sometimes it's necessary to reschedule or cancel your appointment or reservation. To ensure the smooth operation of our services and to accommodate the needs of all our clients, we have implemented the following cancellation policy: 24-Hour Cancellation Policy: A 24-hour cancellation notice is required for all appointments and reservations. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you provide us with at least 24 hours notice. This allows us to make the necessary adjustments to our schedule and offer the opportunity to other clients. Cancellation Fees: If a cancellation is made with less than 24 hours' notice or in the case of a no-show, the client will be charged the total cost of the appointment or reservation. This fee is non-refundable and will be charged to the credit card on file or requested payment method. Rescheduling: Clients are welcome to reschedule their appointment or reservation at no additional charge when proper notice (24 hours) is given. We will do our best to accommodate your preferred rescheduled date and time based on availability. Exceptional Circumstances: We understand that emergencies and unexpected situations may arise. In such cases, please get in touch with us as soon as possible to discuss your circumstances. We will assess each situation on a case-by-case basis and may waive the cancellation fee at our discretion.
