To ensure the smooth operation of our services and to accommodate the needs of all our clients, we have implemented the following cancellation policy: 24-Hour Cancellation Policy: A 24-hour cancellation notice is required for all appointments and reservations. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you provide us with at least 24 hours notice. This allows us to make the necessary adjustments to our schedule and offer the opportunity to other clients. Cancellation Fees: If a cancellation is made with less than 24 hours' notice or in the case of a no-show, the client will be charged the total cost of the appointment or reservation. This fee is non-refundable and will be charged to the credit card on file or requested payment method. Rescheduling: Clients are welcome to reschedule their appointment or reservation at no additional charge when proper notice (24 hours) is given. We will do our best to accommodate your preferred rescheduled date and time based on availability. Exceptional Circumstances: We understand that emergencies and unexpected situations may arise. In such cases, please get in touch with us as soon as possible to discuss your circumstances. We will assess each situation on a case-by-case basis and may waive the cancellation fee at our discretion.
