Three 30-Minute Calls with the Nanny: Our onboarding process includes three dedicated 30-minute calls with the nanny. These sessions offer an opportunity to address any questions, provide guidance, and offer support specific to the nanny's role and responsibilities within your family. Three 30-Minute Calls with the Parents: We understand the importance of clear communication and collaboration between the parents and the nanny. Hence, we also facilitate three 30-minute calls with the parents to discuss progress, provide feedback, and address any concerns that may arise during the onboarding process. Schedule Review and Tips: Candi will conduct a thorough review of your family's schedule and routines, offering valuable insights and practical suggestions to optimize efficiency and ensure a harmonious balance between childcare responsibilities and other commitments. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: We understand that circumstances can change, and sometimes it's necessary to reschedule or cancel your appointment or reservation. To ensure the smooth operation of our services and to accommodate the needs of all our clients, we have implemented the following cancellation policy: 24-Hour Cancellation Policy: A 24-hour cancellation notice is required for all appointments and reservations. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you provide us with at least 24 hours notice. This allows us to make the necessary adjustments to our schedule and offer the opportunity to other clients. Cancellation Fees: If a cancellation is made with less than 24 hours' notice or in the case of a no-show, the client will be charged the total cost of the appointment or reservation. This fee is non-refundable and will be charged to the credit card on file or requested payment method. Rescheduling: Clients are welcome to reschedule their appointment or reservation at no additional charge when proper notice (24 hours) is given. We will do our best to accommodate your preferred rescheduled date and time based on availability. Exceptional Circumstances: We understand that emergencies and unexpected situations may arise. In such cases, please get in touch with us as soon as possible to discuss your circumstances. We will assess each situation on a case-by-case basis and may waive the cancellation fee at our discretion.
