We are pleased to offer our comprehensive Online Potty Training Coaching program, designed to support parents in successfully potty training their children. This program spans a minimum of 3 days, providing consistent guidance and assistance throughout the process. Here's what our coaching program includes: Three 45-minute daily phone support or Zoom sessions over the course of 3 days, ensuring regular and accessible communication. During these sessions, we will identify any potty training issues you may be experiencing and work together to address them effectively. Our expert will troubleshoot challenges that arise during the training process and guide you towards achieving your potty training goals. You will receive a Potty Training Log Sheet to track your child's progress and monitor their development. To ensure sustained progress, we will schedule a 30-minute follow-up phone call 7 days after the coaching program concludes. The Experienced Nanny, is a highly experienced childcare professional with over 30 years of expertise. She is a Childcare Expert, International Career Nanny and Speaker, Parent Coach, Sleep Consultant, Potty Training Specialist, Entrepreneur, and Nanny Mentor. She is renowned for her ability to successfully potty train toddlers within a remarkable short timeframe. Please note that all bookings for our coaching program are non-refundable. We will make three attempts to call you at the selected time or a few minutes prior. If you miss your scheduled slot, a refund will not be provided, and you will need to rebook your session. Additionally, if you have opted in for a phone call, please be aware that the number will appear as a private number. Cancellation Policy: We understand that circumstances can change, and sometimes it's necessary to reschedule or cancel your appointment or reservation. To ensure the smooth operation of our services and to accommodate the needs of all our clients, we have implemented the following cancellation policy: 24-Hour Cancellation Policy: A 24-hour cancellation notice is required for all appointments and reservations. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you provide us with at least 24 hours notice. This allows us to make the necessary adjustments to our schedule and offer the opportunity to other clients. Cancellation Fees: If a cancellation is made with less than 24 hours' notice or in the case of a no-show, the client will be charged the total cost of the appointment or reservation. This fee is non-refundable and will be charged to the credit card on file or requested payment method. Rescheduling: Clients are welcome to reschedule their appointment or reservation at no additional charge when proper notice (24 hours) is given. We will do our best to accommodate your preferred rescheduled date and time based on availability. Exceptional Circumstances: We understand that emergencies and unexpected situations may arise. In such cases, please get in touch with us as soon as possible to discuss your circumstances. We will assess each situation on a case-by-case basis and may waive the cancellation fee at our discretion.
